The machine is used for cutting profiles up to ø40mm. It is propelled by 4 kW hydraulic aggregate. Knife motion is generated by the mechanical lever. To the hydro cylinder is attached the toothed rod, which motion drives the toothed segment. It is eccentrically attached to the moving knife carrier. The fixed knife is installed on the machine chassis. The hydro-aggregate is filled with 25 l of Hydrol-68 oil. Signal for cutting is generated by foot command pedal or by the switch on the electro board. 
One cutting cycle lasts about 2 seconds.
